Privacy Policy

How Make MTG Cards handles email-list signups, messages, signup records, and requests to access or remove personal information.

Make MTG Cards collects a small amount of information when you join our email list or contact us. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

Email list signups

Our signup form invites you to join the Make MTG Cards list for future card-making guides, token ideas, and practical creative projects. The form asks for your email address and includes a checkbox: “I agree to receive email updates from Make MTG Cards.” Joining the list is optional.

When you sign up, Publisher Tools stores your email address in this site’s WordPress database. Your signup record also includes a duplicate-check hash, signup time, source page path, the consent wording you accepted, and collection status. The saved source path does not include query strings or page fragments.

The list currently collects signups for future updates. Email delivery is a separate setup stage. Signup records remain stored until an authorized administrator removes them or processes an erasure request.

Spam prevention

The signup form uses basic anti-spam checks. These checks use short-lived, hashed network identifiers. Hashing changes an identifier into a coded value so the check can work without saving the original identifier in your signup record.

Messages you send us

When you email contact@makemtgcards.com, your message provides your email address, the message itself, and any attachments you choose to include. We use this information to read, manage, and respond to your request. Please send only the information needed for us to help.

Accessing or removing your signup record

Authorized WordPress administrators can view, export, and remove signup records. WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools also include these records.

You can ask whether we hold a signup record for you, request a copy of it, or request its removal. Email contact@makemtgcards.com and identify the email address you used to sign up so we can locate the right record.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the signup form. If you have already signed up, you can request removal of your stored record at any time. You can also email us with a privacy question or ask what information is connected with your signup address.

Updates to this page

We may update this policy when the site’s forms, email delivery, embedded services, or other data practices change. The current version will appear on this page.
