What Counts as a Defect?

Defects include misprints such as blurry or faded images, cards arriving with physical damage like creases or bends, and receiving the wrong quantity or incorrect cards in your order. These issues affect your enjoyment and the quality of your collection.

What Is Not Considered a Defect?

Minor variations in color tones, slight differences in card finish, or normal edge wear from handling are part of the print-on-demand nature and not defects. Our proxies are designed for casual play, testing, and collection, and slight uniqueness adds character.

How We Handle Defects

If you find a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos showing the issue so we can quickly understand and address it. We offer partial or full reprints depending on the situation to ensure your proxies meet your expectations.
